HOW TO : DIP STYLE "ICED" COFFEE
This is a recipe for iced coffee and cold brew using dip style coffee bags.
Quick-cooling method: Assuming that the ice will melt and dilute the coffee, use a small amount of water and a longer extraction time to produce a stronger coffee.
1. How to make quick-cooled iced coffee
For 1 bag (12g) / Water amount: 100-120ml / Ice: appropriate amount
Ratio: 1:8 to 1:10
1. Start the timer. Pour about half of the cup with the bag in it into it with hot water (about 90°C).
2. Submerge the entire bag in hot water and let it steam for about 30 seconds.
3 Pour in the remaining hot water, shake the bag up and down 10 times, and wait 4 to 5 minutes.
