HOW TO: DIP STYLE "ICED" COFFEE

This is a recipe for iced coffee and cold brew using dip style coffee bags.

Quick-cooling method: Assuming that the ice will melt and dilute the coffee, use a small amount of water and a longer extraction time to produce a stronger coffee.

1. How to make quick-cooled iced coffee

For 1 bag (12g) / Hot water amount: 100-120ml / Ice: appropriate amount

Ratio: 1:8 to 1:10

1. Start the timer. Pour about half of the cup with the bag in it into it with hot water (approximately 90°C).

2. Submerge the entire bag in hot water and let it steam for about 30 seconds.

3 Pour in the remaining hot water, shake the bag up and down 10 times, and wait 4 to 5 minutes.

4 After 4 to 5 minutes, remove the bag, add plenty of ice, and once it's cooled sufficiently, it's done.

-Adjust the concentration by changing the soaking time and amount of water.

- If you shake the bag when removing it, fine powder will come out, so remove it as is.

-Due to the product specifications, you may notice some fine powder. If this bothers you, please leave the product for about 1 minute after it is ready so that the powder can settle before eating.

2. How to make cold brew coffee

For 1 bag (12g) / Water volume: 180ml / Ice: appropriate amount

Ratio / 1:15

2. Soak at room temperature for 10 to 12 hours.

3 After 10 to 12 hours, remove the bag and add ice or chill in the refrigerator.

-Adjust the concentration by changing the soaking time and amount of water.

- If you shake the bag when removing it, fine powder will come out, so remove it as is.
