Iced coffee (flash brew) tip: Brew a concentrated coffee with less hot water and a longer brewing time, assuming the ice will melt and dilute it.

1. How to make flash brew iced coffee

For one bag (12g) / Hot water: 100-120ml / Ice: appropriate amount

1. Start timer. Pour about half of 90℃ hot water into a cup with the bag set.

2. Submerge the entire bag in hot water and steep for about 30 seconds.

3. Pour in the remaining hot water, gently shake the bag up and down 10-20 times, and wait 4-5 minutes.

4. After 4-5 minutes, remove the bag, add plenty of ice, and it's ready once thoroughly chilled.
