- Place the filter containing the powder in a bottle of water and stir until all the powder is submerged in the water.

The key is to extract at room temperature. Extracting at room temperature for a long period of time brings out the full aroma and flavor that cannot be extracted at low temperatures.

Use medium grind as a base, and adjust the mesh size depending on the roast level. If the coffee feels powdery or rough, strain it with a dripper before transferring it to another container after extraction to make clear coffee.

For light roasts, adding a small amount of cane sugar is recommended as it will round out the sourness and add richness. The timing is to put it in the pot before pouring the water, and stir after pouring the water. It will dissolve well because it uses room temperature water.

Once extracted, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days.
