What do you feel and what "words" come to mind when you encounter it?
Small joys.
Enjoying coffee alone in a quiet moment or with someone during a brief respite from a busy day means that small joys exist in daily life.
Creating even a little such space or time might be what is most needed to enrich one's life.
A small trigger and the scenery before my eyes.
After encountering Specialty Coffee and being captivated by it, a long time passed, and I found myself becoming a coffee provider.
A small encounter with just one cup of coffee and the words it contained became one of the catalysts that changed everything in the scenery before my eyes.
And like leaves dancing in the wind, it will be carried further afield, eventually becoming another "small trigger" for someone else, continuing to weave its story.
Beyond words.
Thoughts and emotions that cannot be conveyed through words are expressed in various ways in daily life.
It may be very difficult to convey them in different contexts.
This universal, seemingly ambiguous and abstract thing sometimes transcends words and touches the depths of the heart. Isn't the scenery of life a continuous series of such certain moments?
We hope to be a catalyst for touching that "something" that must be deep within everyone's hearts. From this place called THE WORD COFFEE, we continue to express and weave "words" that melt into the inner self, along with coffee, in various forms such as poetry, videos, and music.

At THE WORD COFFEE, we believe the same applies to everything involved in coffee, from brewing to roasting.We aim to simplify all coffee processes to the utmost extent.

For example, there are many different recipes for brewing coffee, and many people might find most of them complex.
If the brewing recipe is as simple as possible, even those who have avoided brewing coffee themselves because they found it "difficult and troublesome" might be inspired to start this wonderful experience.

The taste of coffee one seeks varies from person to person. Only you, who know your preference, can brew the coffee you like best. Our ideal and goal is for you to enjoy the coffee that is truly best for you.
Our proposed brewing recipes are designed to be perfected by you making small adjustments to achieve your desired taste.
Based on these ideas, THE WORD COFFEE pursues extremely simple brewing recipes with fewer variables, and we update and publish them daily.
