Buy Online Pick-up Store: BOPIS

Thank you for using THE WORD COFFEE ROASTERS.

When purchasing from our online store, you can now choose to pick up your order in store (BOPIS). After payment is complete, your order will usually be prepared within 24 hours, and we will notify you by email when it is ready.

If you would like to specify a pick-up date and time (during business hours excluding holidays), please write this in the cart notes section.

On weekends and holidays, roasted beans may sell out and delivery times may take longer than usual when it is busy, which can be inconvenient. However, by using BOPIS pre-purchase, you can purchase your beans quickly and reliably, so please make use of this service.

Regarding receipt

When you visit the store, please show us something that proves your purchase (such as an email or a screenshot of the purchase screen). If you need a delivery note or receipt, please write that in the notes section of your cart when paying at the online store.

・About canceling products

Cancellations after payment have been completed must be made within 24 hours, after which they will not be accepted.

・BOPIS is not available for store-exclusive brands.
