This is a monthly subscription service for Specialty Coffee.

This subscription plan offers discounted prices + free shipping, and is more economical than purchasing individual items.

THE WORD COFFEE will deliver carefully selected, recommended Top Specialty Coffee once a month. In addition to our daily line of top specialty coffees,

you may also receive subscription-exclusive blends, top-lot lines, and pre-release origins in advance. This product is also recommended for those who often run out of stock because they forget to buy, want to save time choosing, or want to drink coffee selected by a roaster, among other reasons.

・About Roast Level

We will deliver coffee primarily with a light roast, adjusted to the characteristics of the beans (up to a medium roast).

・About Shipping Date

We ship once a month, around the 10th-15th. (If the shipping date for the current month has passed when you subscribe, shipping will begin from the following month.)

Free shipping within Japan. Subscription boxes are shipped via Click Post. Please note that we cannot specify arrival dates.

・About Payment Timing

Invoices are issued every 30 days (e.g., if an invoice is issued on April 5th, the next will be on May 5th).

If a month has 31 days, the system will make slight adjustments.You cannot select a specific billing date.

・About Canceling or Skipping a Subscription

 Subscriptions automatically renew. You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription planat any time. (We cannot offer refunds or returns for cancellations made after the product has been shipped.To prevent unexpected charges, please cancel before the next billing cycle.)

・You can skip, cancel, or change your address from the account menu.

・You cannot specify the delivery date/time or coffee origin.
