This is a regular delivery service for Specialty Coffee, delivered once a month.

A subscription plan that offers discounted prices + free shipping, and is more economical than purchasing individual items.

THE WORD COFFEE will deliver carefully selected, recommended Single Origin Coffee once a month. In addition to daily top-specialty coffees, we may also pre-deliver subscription-exclusive blends, top lot lines, and unreleased brands.

This product is recommended for those who often forget to buy and run out of stock, want to save time choosing, or want to drink coffee selected by a roaster.

・About Roasting Level

We primarily offer light roasts, with the roasting level (up to medium roast) adjusted to suit the characteristics of the beans.

・About Shipping Date

We ship once a month, around the 10th-15th. (If the shipping date for the current month has passed when you subscribe, shipping will begin from the following month.)

Free shipping within Japan. Regular deliveries are shipped via Click Post. Please note that we cannot specify arrival dates.

・About Billing Timing

Invoices are issued every 30 days (e.g., if an invoice is issued on April 5th, the next will be on May 5th).

The system will make slight adjustments if a month has 31 days.You cannot select a specific billing date.

・About Cancelling or Skipping Subscriptions

 Subscriptions automatically renew. You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription plan at any time. (We cannot offer refunds or returns for cancellations made after the product has been shipped. To avoid unexpected charges, please cancel before the next billing cycle.)

・You can skip, cancel, or change your address from your account menu.

・Subscription plans are only compatible with credit card payments, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (Apple Pay supports Visa and Mastercard). Please be aware of this.

・You cannot specify the delivery date/time or brand.

・If shipping is delayed for any reason beyond the above period, we will contact you at your registered email address. If you have any questions, please contact us via the inquiry form.

・This product is a recurring purchase or a post-payment purchase. By completing the payment, you agree to the cancellation policy and authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the prices and frequencies specified for each option on the stated dates.
