This is a monthly delivery service for Specialty Coffee.

A subscription plan offering discounted prices + free shipping, and other benefits compared to individual purchases.

Each month, we will deliver recommended Single Origin Coffee carefully selected by THE WORD COFFEE. In addition to daily top-specialty coffees, we may also send top-lot lines or pre-release varieties in advance.

This product is also recommended for those who often run out of stock because they forget to buy, want to save time choosing, or want to drink coffee selected by a roaster.

・About Roast Level

We deliver coffee roasted to bring out the unique characteristics of the beans, primarily light roasts (up to medium roasts).

・About Shipping Date

We ship once a month, around the 10th-15th. (If you subscribe after the shipping date for the current month, shipping will begin the following month.)

Free shipping within Japan. Subscriptions are shipped via Click Post. Please note that we cannot specify arrival dates.

・About Billing Timing

Invoices are issued every 30 days (e.g., if an invoice is issued on April 5th, the next will be on May 5th).

The system will make slight adjustments if a month has 31 days.You cannot choose a specific billing date.

・About Cancelling or Skipping Subscriptions

 Subscriptions automatically renew. You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription plan at any time.(Refunds or returns are not possible for cancellations after the product has been shipped.To prevent unexpected charges, please cancel before the next billing cycle.)

・You can skip, cancel, or change your address from the account menu.

・Subscription plans only support credit card payments, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (Apple Pay supports Visa and Mastercard). Please understand this.

・You cannot specify the delivery date/time or coffee varieties.

・If shipping is delayed for any reason beyond the above period, we will notify you at your registered email address. If you have any questions, please contact us via the inquiry form.

・This product is a recurring or post-payment purchase. By completing the payment, you agree to the cancellation policy and authorize billing to your selected payment method for the price, frequency, and date associated with each option.
