eGift cards are card gifts sent digitally via email, SMS, and other methods.

・How to Use: Redeemable both at THE WORD COFFEE online store and physical locations. The gift card includes a QR code and a 16-digit code. To use online, enter the 16-digit code at checkout. To use in-store, present the QR code.

・Gift cards do not need to be spent in a single transaction. They can be used multiple times as long as there is a balance remaining. Multiple gift cards can be used in a single order. They can also be combined with coupon codes.

・eGift Cards can only be used for products available in the online store.

・If the purchase exceeds the available balance on the eGift card, another payment method must be selected.

・eGift cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift cards.

・eGift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

・Apple Wallet compatible.

・eGift card purchases cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
