配送について
日本国内への発送は、以下の配送サービスを利用して発送されます。商品の内容によって送料(税込)が計算されます。
400gまでの豆のご注文：日本郵便 クリックポスト(メール便 : 300円)
それ以上の豆、ギフト商品、大型のご注文：ゆうパック、ヤマト運輸、佐川急便(通常配送：60サイズ:700円、80サイズ:800円 / 沖縄、離島：60サイズ:1,500円、80サイズ:1,900円（配送サービスの混雑や集荷状況などにより、400g以上のご注文を複数のメール便に分けて発送する場合があります。)
5,000円以上お買い上げで送料無料(沖縄、その他離島を除く)
ギフト商品、その他商品のラッピング等は現在承っておりません。
ご希望の商品が万一品切れの場合は、ご連絡のうえキャンセルとさせていただきます。
ご到着までの日数について
ご注文決済完了後、通常３営業日（休業日、祝祭日、定休日：月曜日・第3火曜日を除く）以内に発送致します。豆の在庫状況により最大で7営業日以内に発送いたします。400gまでのご注文（ポスト投函型）の場合、日時のご指定は出来かねますのでご了承ください。
悪天候などによる配送遅延が生じる場合があります。
納品書、領収書について
納品書、領収書、明細書はペーパーレス化を目的とし、原則同梱しておりません。
納品書、領収書、明細書発行をご希望の方は、お手数ですがその旨をチェックアウト時備考欄、またはこちらのメールアドレスinfo@thewordcoffee.comまでご連絡ください。その際にご注文番号とお名前、但し書き、宛名をお伝え願います。
商品の間違い、不良品について
弊社の不手際などによる商品の間違い、不良品につきましては、お手数ですが商品ご到着後すぐに内容をこちらのメールアドレスinfo@thewordcoffee.comまでご連絡ください。再発送にかかる配送料のお客様負担はございません。
国際配送について | INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
THE WORD COFFEE ROASTERSでは、海外への発送は日本郵便のEMS（国際スピード郵便）またはDHLにてお届けいたします。配送料金はお届け先の国・地域、およびご注文商品の総重量によって異なります。
配送対象エリア内であれば、日本国内にお住まいのお客様から、海外にいらっしゃる大切な方へのギフトとしてお送りすることも可能です。
※2026年6月現在、海外への配送対応エリアは「アメリカ合衆国」のみとなっております。対応エリアは順次拡大していく予定です。
アメリカ合衆国への配送料金（U.S.A. Shipping Fees）

お届けまでの日数について
・豆の在庫状況や焙煎スケジュールにより、決済完了から通常最大で7日以内に発送いたします。
・海外発送の場合、発送後からお届け完了まで1〜2週間程度が目安となります。
・国際配送につきましては、お届け日時のご指定は承りかねますので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
・商品が出荷されますと、お客様へ追跡リンクを含む「出荷確認メール」が送信されます。
返品・返金について
海外発送の特性上、お届けした商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、お客様都合による返金・返品・交換には一切応じかねます。
配送トラブルおよび関税に関する免責事項（重要）
配送遅延・紛失について: 配送中のトラブル、天候不良、世界情勢や税関の閉鎖等による大幅な配送遅延、または商品がお手元に届かない場合において、当ショップに起因しない理由による返金や商品の再発送などの対応は致しかねます。荷物が配送業者に引き渡された後の遅延については、当ショップは責任を負いません。
輸入規制と関税について: 各国の税関には弊社が関与できない独自の輸入規制がございます。通関時にお客様の国特有の輸入手数料や関税、消費税が発生する場合がございますが、これらの費用はすべてお客様（受取人様）のご負担となります。当ショップはいかなる場合においても、これら輸入料金の支払いに責任を負いません。
■ Shipping Information
We ship our products worldwide via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) or DHL. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of your order.
We also accept orders from residents in Japan who wish to send gifts to recipients living overseas (within our available shipping areas).
*As of June 2026, international shipping is available to the United States only. We plan to expand our shipping destinations gradually.

■ Delivery Lead Time
At THE WORD COFFEE ROASTERS, our small team meticulously handles every single step of the process—from roasting the beans to extraction. Because of this dedicated, small-batch approach, it may take a little time to prepare your order after payment is confirmed.
・Depending on bean availability and roasting schedules, orders will be shipped within a maximum of 7 days after payment.
・The estimated delivery time for international shipping is approximately 1 to 2 weeks after shipment.
・Please note that we cannot accept specific delivery dates or time slots for international shipping.
・Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
■ Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of international shipping, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is defective.
■ Custom Duties and Delivery Disclaimers (Important)
・Delivery Delays & Issues: We are not responsible for any unpredictable delays, or delays not caused by our shop, including customs inspections, shipping accidents, or custom closures. Once the package is collected by the carrier, we cannot guarantee country-specific lead times and are not liable for any delays or non-delivery. In such cases, refunds or re-shipping will not be provided.
・Import Regulations & Duties: Each country has its own import regulations that we cannot control. Import duties, taxes, and handling fees may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient). Under no circumstances will our shop be held liable for paying any import-related fees.
